Groundbreaking Ceremony of the New Biorefinery by PETRONAS, Enilive and Euglena in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia

Pengerang (Malaysia), 10 November 2025 – Pengerang Biorefinery Sdn. Bhd., a joint venture between PETRONAS, Enilive S.p.A and Euglena Co., Ltd, marked a key milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for the development of the new biorefinery in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.

ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) is an intergovernmental organisation within ASEAN structure that represents the 10 ASEAN Member States’ (AMS) interests in the energy sector.
