National Consultation Workshop on ESCO Policy & Market Assessment and On-Bill Financing (OBF) Study and Green Public Procurement (GPP) Guidelines for Adoption of Energy Efficient Cooling in Cambodia

The Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) Project, funded by the Government of Germany (IKI), is being implemented by a consortium comprising the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), HEAT International, and Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL).

📢 As part of Clean Energy Week, the Project will host a National Consultation Workshop, featuring discussions on:
✔️ ESCO Policy & Market Assessment and On-Bill Financing (OBF) Readiness Study
✔️ Green Public Procurement (GPP) Guidelines for Energy Efficient Cooling

🎯 Objective:
• Present key findings and recommendations from the GPP Guidelines for Energy Efficient Cooling and the ESCO Policy & On-Bill Financing (OBF) Readiness study in Cambodia.
• Demonstrate GPP criteria and tools to support energy-efficient AC procurement.
• Facilitate discussion and gather feedback on GPP Guidelines, the ESCO market, policy frameworks, and OBF readiness in Cambodia and the ASEAN region.
