KOTA KINABALU: The Federal government said it is committed in returning the rights of managing electricity to Sabah. Energy and Natural Resources minister Datuk Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said the federal government is ready to continue negotiations and discussions with the state government to realise the people’s wishes on the matter. “In ensuring that it is implemented well, the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry has formed a special committee and technical committee comprising relevant stakeholders,” he said in a statement, adding that the committee would discuss, analyse and make important decisions related to the matter.
